Naval force yard laborer gets a half year for deceiving FBI about being in racial oppressor gathering

A New Jersey man who worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard was condemned to a half year in jail for lying about his inclusion in a racial oppressor gathering, government examiners in Pennsylvania said Thursday.

Fred Arena, 41, of Salem, New Jersey, was a worker of a government temporary worker and erroneously expressed on an exceptional status structure in January that he was never an individual from a gathering that utilized or upheld savagery to keep others from practicing their established rights, the U.S. Lawyer's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said in an announcement.

Field was an "acknowledged part" of Vanguard America, a racial oppressor gathering, examiners said.

U.S. Lawyer William M. McSwain said in an explanation that lying on the structure, a Form SF-86, and to government specialists was a genuine issue.

"Further, no representative working for the central government, being paid with citizen dollars, has any business being an individual from a racial oppressor gathering or upholding racial oppressor sees," McSwain said.
